Yes, quality, patience, and no porn. Others may feel the same way, so patience helps. Quality is the most important thing. Having lots of unimpressive pics will get you nowhere. A few awesome gems can flood you with offers. Porn is a disqualifier too. I've passed over great artists simply because they produce porn, and I've noticed others doing the same. It cheapens the atmosphere, and despite a few slips, I tend to leave them to be scouted by people with less character than I [try to] have myself. Hand drawn art always trumps the CG/3D stuff. Then there's peoples' tastes. As for me, I'm picky because what they do reflects on me, so I only scout the best.
