I've played both the previous chapters and I think that you should stick to what you were originally planning. In my opinion games, even those based on mature content, are better when they have a real story to them, not just somehting to shuffle you from one scene of passion to another.

Hmm I want to see what you have planned so go for your original idea and just put a different rating on it than it predecessors either way what ever you pick I wish you the best of luck

Although I want the 18+, I can't in all honesty make an artist do something he/she wasn't planning to do in the first place. So no need for a change and I'll play Ch. 3 regardless, but I would like to know if there'll be any H in Ch. 4?

Sure, I like my sexy frosting, but without the cake, it's not as satisfying. An 18+ interactive story is, in my taste, only as good as it's _story_. If that weren't so, I'd just find pics and stay away from this.

So make it the way you envision it, and don't force _any_ gimmicks into it unless it makes sense to you. Because if it doesn't feel right to you, it won't to us either. IMHO.

But of course you can do it my friend, i mean changing plans now is a rather bad move since CH.3 is almost done. My advise, stick to the original plan but don't forget to add the H scene with Quinn aswell when you make CH4 or something, Quinn is really loved as i see from the various pictures of her.

Of course its your decision.. but i realy like the +18 scenes its for me like playing LoL without items :D would realy like to see those scenes it makes me unhappy because I enjoyed them a lot but make it as you want... its just my opinion... (just hate to wait for the 18+ scenes so mutch and then it's pointless waiting...)

As for me personally, I think a lot of the players of this game get the idea that there is going to be a 18+ scene. The last two did, so it would only make senses for this one too. However, I'd be fine with not having one, as long as there were still interesting scenarios you would be getting into.
It might be best to add one, that way people still get what they want, but if you think it should wait till Ch. 4, then try and be sure to rate this one +13 so people get the idea.
Honestly, I've heard a lot of Visual Novel writers have the same problem as you. They make something with sex scenes, but then decide to focus on the story. But their publishers want them to keep a steady amount of H scenes, and the writers just throw them in to keep people happy.

Probably a bit late considering chapter 3 is already out and I already played it. Even though I like the 18+ scenes, it isn't essential and I've honestly come to love this game series for it's story and the new take on the summoner's lore aspect to LoL. The game feels more like a visual novel/story based game than a full out hentai game. I think you should stick to your original script, and for those people who are looking for a 18+ only game, there are other games for that. Either way, it's your choice, keep up the great work.
